Zenimax Online

At Zenimax Online, I was a Principal Level Designer on their new, upcoming IP that was already in development. In my role, I helped prototype various environments and spaces, and worked directly with various disciplines to help establish the metrics and staging of how players would engage and interact with the world around them. I worked closely with devs and engineers on the sandbox team to help ensure player mobility and abilities would be enhanced by the world around them. I worked with narrative to help set the stage for how enemies could be introduced into spaces, how things could be framed in an environment, etc. I also worked with the Combatants and AI teams to ensure we were building spaces using best practices that would make the various characters and enemies in the game really stand out and make the combat as engaging as possible. I also worked with tools devs to provide feedback on incoming level design tools as they came online, to help guide them to a place where they could be a joy to work with.
