Halo Infinite

I served as a Senior Gameplay Designer on Halo Infinite. In this role, I was responsible for Building and maintaining gameplay activity and spaces in the game’s open world environment. I created several non-golden path activities in locations called “Outposts”, which were smaller objective-focused activities the player could complete after discovering the location in the wild. The Outposts I worked on were all initially built by a Level Designer, then handed off to me for more iteration and gameplay-focused redesigns when needed.

I also worked on several ambient encounters and Marine Rescue moments (various areas in the game where the player has a chance to rescue friendly Marine AI who are trapped by hostile forces), in addition to serving as a general Level Designer for portions of the open world map.

Outside of direct contribution, I also worked closely with the Combatant team to help establish ways for designers to control and manage the flow of encounters. I also provided feedback on enemy behaviors and helped other designers with enemy compositions and pacing.
